Oakham Poncho Knit with Berroco Skye
Written By: Betty Clune ~ 2/15/2021

BLOG_02152021_OakhamPanchoBerrocoSkye.jpgThis luscious poncho offers stylish, year-round coziness. Knit from the top down in the round, the body is made up of an easy-to-work granite stitch with a stunning cable-and-eyelet column set into the front and back. Cable pattern is charted.

The pattern directions are written for women’s size Small/Medium (calls for 5 balls of yarn). Changes for sizes Large/X-Large (calls for 6 balls of yarn) and 2X/3X (calls for 7 balls of yarn) are in parentheses.

A great sportweight yarn. The combination of wool, yak, and synthetic fibers creates warmth and shine. A delight to knit with and to wear. Pictured above in Colorway Leo (7625). 273 yards (250 m)/50 g per ball.
